As a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.
Honestly, I did not get into this line of business when I first moved to Colorado. I came to Montrose with a Computer Science degree. I was unable to find employment, so I took a job as a receptionist at a local real estate office. Ambitious and determined, I obtained experience with new construction and the local market. I attended classes and found my niche in real estate. I’ve been a Realtor® now for 2 decades. I really love it!
My favorite part of being a real estate agent is working with clients, because it allows me to take care of them, like they are already my friends and family. With my attention to detail, excellent communication skills and understanding of the local real estate market, working with my clients to learn their needs is my number one priority. Also, seeing property can be a lot of fun too!
When I’m not working on real estate, I like to cook, volunteer and spend time with my husband Mike hiking, camping, ATV-ing and motorcycle riding throughout the Western Slope.
I think of myself as an outgoing person and helping people is a passion.
The things I love most in life are being married to my best friend, Family, and my relationship with God.
My idea of the perfect day would start with a cup of coffee, then I’d hit the Montrose Rec Center, review the market, visit clients, and finish off by enjoying a cocktail and home cooked meal out on the patio looking at the San Juan Mountains.
My BUYERS: The home search process should be a memorable and pleasant experience. Real estate is one of the most exciting investments one can make! With time and dedication, I would love to help you find your perfect property.
My SELLERS: Listing your property would be an honor. My promise to you is to be diligent in making sure all negotiations are in your favor and in your best interest with 100% transparency, ensuring your transaction process is efficient and well organized all the way to the Closing table.
